Nature of request
The burgesses request that they can be discharged from the making of one barge, or if this cannot be done that the towns of Beverley, Barton, Howden and Grimsby that are not charged concerning the navy aid them and contribute to the making as they are not able to endure the charges on their navy and other tallages.
Nature of endorsement
They are to have the town of Beverley contribute towards them.
