Botiller requests remedy as his ancestors were accustomed to take prise of wines from the royal towns of Ireland, but this was not expressly included in the writ for delivery of his estates to his disinheritance.
Nature of endorsement
Let it be ordered by writ to the justice and chancellor of Ireland that they examine the inquisition diem clausit extremum returned into Chancery after the death of the petitioner's father, and if they find that the father did die seised and it was taken into the king's hand they are to make delivery, and if not they are to enquire of this and call those who should be called.
