Berkeleie requests that he is able to have by grace or for a fine the manor of Bedminster and Redcliff Street with the hundred and the liberties pertaining to it which were seized into the hand of the king's grandfather for trespasses committed by Thomas and Maurice de Berkeley.

He should have a writ in Chancery to make to come the record and process had upon the contents of the petition before the council.
