- Ponte requests that he can have the arrears of the farm from land in Charing in the parish of St Margaret, Westminster, that he leased to Beche, but which has not been paid as Despenser had Beche imprisoned, and the escheator leased it to Langton who has wasted it to the petitioner's great damage; Ponte also requests that the king's hand be removed from the land.
