[Petition in 2 parts:]1) Bourg requests a writ to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer that he be discharged of a demand made on him for £200 which the king's grandfather gave to Richard de Burgh as a gift by prest of the Wardrobe.Copy of a charter of Edward I granting £200 to Richard de Burgh. 11 July 13 Edw. I (1285).2) Bourg requests that allowance be made in the debts of his ancestors against the 100 marks which the late earl of Ulster paid to Luda by the hand of Berneval.Acquittance of William de Luda to the earl of Ulster for 100 marks. 1 September 13 Edward I (1285).

The petition is dated c. 1327-1330 as the petition refers to Richard de Burgh, late earl of Ulster who died in mid 1326, and the petitioner was styled earl of Ulster after 19 June 1330, but is not so styled in the petition (Handbook of British Chronology, p.497).
