Note
The petition is clearly at a time after Oliver de Ingham was seneschal of Gascony. Ingham served two terms, one from March 1326 to February 1327, and the other from June 1332. The guard note dates the petition to? 1327-? 1331, and judging from the hand, the date is most likely to be in the period between Ingham's two terms, though the date perhaps ought to be? 1327-? 1332.
