Nature of request
Legy and the other petitioners request a warrant be sent to Spencer, Boef, Palmer, Lomynour and Forthe that they deliver them and their goods. They came to land in Norfolk and were arrested by Calthorp and released because of the truce between the king and those of Scotland only to be arrested by Spenser and others who will not deliver them without an order from the king.
