Nature of request
1) Copy of a recognizance of the earl of Arundel with Nasard and Abingdon whereby Nasard and Abingdon are bound in 1,000 marks to the earl, and if it is paid at Easter in the following year the recognizance will be null or stand in full force. 20th May 12 Edw. II (1319).2) Copy of a receipt of the earl of Arundel whereby he acknowledges payment of the sum. Wednesday after Holy Trinity, 17 Edw. II (1324).3) Copy of a letter of Walter Aubrey confirming the payment. 10 February 1327.
