Corbrigg requests that the king will grant to her and the heirs of her husband the lands in Hatfield Peverel and elsewhere which the king granted to her husband for his service and his losses for the king and his father and to sustain him, the petitioner and his children, but she now has nothing to live on and the king is still obliged to her husband in a certain sum.
