Nature of request
Fitz Walter and the others request a special assize of novel disseisin against Trewynard and the others before Tresilian and Sergeaux having regard that the justices assigned to hold the assizes have not come to the county except once in two to three years.
Nature of endorsement
Because Tresilian has examined the plaintiffs and they have shown before him that the defendants are not in the king's service nor have been commanded to go in the next voyage overseas, so that the council grants to them a special assize as is requested.
