[The petition is largely illegible but refers to the late bishop of Durham and his debts, and the ? petitioner being impleaded concerning them].

Let it be ordered by writ of Chancery to the treasurer and barons that they call before them Robert and others who are to be called, and let them inform themselves of the matter, and if it is necessary, to hold an inquisition, and when it is returned let the king be certified.
