Mare requests that the master of St Mark be commanded to make a response to her plea as the justices before whom she has brought a plea for the manor of Winterbourne will not proceed in the plea because the master of St Mark against whom the plea has been brought has vouched the king to warranty by his charter.

The parties are to come to the next parliament, and let the record of the plea be brought at the same time.
