Nature of request
The people of Norfolk and Suffolk state that while they have chosen good and sufficient people to serve as hobelars, Antingham then came and chose different people, who were less suitable and to the damage of the king. They request that the hobelars may be arrayed by two or three people chosen from each county, and then delivered to Cursoun and Antingham.
