Abbot and Convent of Hyde by Winchester.

Nature of request
The abbot and convent of Hyde request remedy, stating that, as parsons of the parish of Alton in Hampshire, they ought to have all tithes within that parish. However, the keepers of Alice Holt Forest have recently disturbed them from their rights, preventing them from taking the tithes of pannage and venison within the forest.
Nature of endorsement
Declare if he has title, and if he or his predecessors as parson were so seised.
