Nature of request
Hugh and Joan Cheyne request that they be restored to a messuage, land and a mill in Mulleford Richard, together with various offices and rights, to which Joan is entitled as heir of John Tadeworth. Brewes and his companions had seized these lands into the hands of the king's grandfather following various trespasses by Tadeworth, but Tadeworth made fine and was restored.
