Nature of request
The tenants of the Earl of Richmond in Danby Wiske make two requests.1) They ask for the restoration of goods worth £11 14s stolen from them by Page and others shortly before Christmas 1317.2) They request compensation of 104s for provisions taken by the Earl of Arundel's men for themselves and their horses.
Nature of endorsement
Concerning the first petition, have a writ of trespass.Concerning the second petition, they should sue before justices assigned to inquire into this matter, and let right be done.
