- The chancellor and scholars of Cambridge University complain that the mayor and his officers are not properly enforcing the assizes of bread, wine and other victuals, to their great damage, and ask that the chancellor be granted those powers in the town instead of the mayor.

- Let letters be made to the chancellor granting him power to enquire concerning these articles, by him or his lieutenants, and to punish the trespassers if the mayor and others of the town to whom the said powers presently appertain are negligent or remiss in doing these or other things, to last until the next parliament.
