Nature of request
John and Joan de Mowbray state that they have been sued in the common bench by Thomas de Breuse regarding the manors of Washington, Findon and West Grinstead, but the case has been pending for over six years without judgment. They ask that the king order the case to be summoned before the peers in parliament so that judgment may be reached.
