Chymbeham requests that a writ be granted to the sheriff of London to have Wakefield, now arrested in London, appear before the council or the chancellor to answer for his many trespasses committed against the petitioner in his manor of Kingsnorth, which Richard II gave to the petitioner and others by his letters patent for 1000 marks paid into the Hanaper.
