Piedre requests that his ship called le Sainte Croyz be returned to him so that he can sell his merchandise in England and overseas. The ship was returning from Crotoy, where it had be loaded with wine, when it was captured by a balinger of Hawley and barge of Poole of which Bille is master, and is detained at Poole.
