1) Caumond requests that, whereas he and his men have lost everything they had outside the said towns during the past three years and his horses lost and those of his companions in the wars ... and each sum of money due to him for his wages and those of his companions which amount to £10,000 tournois as appears by bills sealed by the constable of Bordeaux, that they be paid by the treasurer in England.2) Caumond and the nobles request that, whereas they have come to the King's service, and because of that service lost all their corn and wine to the King's enemies and all their houses outside the said towns without having any compensation for these damages to the value of £24,000 tournois and cannot provision or fortify the said towns against the King's enemies who surround them ...3) Caumond and the inhabitants request that the King give them ...4) Caumond and the inhabitants request that the King enfranchise ...5) Peter and Myrik de St Pol request that whereas in the King's service they have lost all their inheritance in the town of Bergerac and elsewhere to the value of ... tournois ... of rent in the power of France without having any compensation from the King's ministers in Gascony. ...
