Daubeney requests that, whereas he was under-age and the King's ward after the death of his father who held part of his lands by knight's service, and with his wife held the manor of Ingelby to him, his wife and his heirs of Roos by the service of 2 marks yearly, which manor, worth over £100 yearly, was seised in the King's hand after the death of his mother 2 years ago, that the said manor and its issues now be returned to him.
