Nature of request
Alice requests, that whereas her husband died seised of Framland hundred to hold to him and his heirs in fee farm, and the hundred was then given to Despenser until Alice and Roger's son reached his majority, that she be granted the keeping of the hundred during her son's minority, rendering £12 18s 5½d yearly at the Exchequer as her husband was accustomed to do.

She should have keeping of the hundred, rendering the farm contained in the petition.

Dated on the guard to c. 1333-c. 1336, with reference to CFR 1327-37, p. 364, a 1333 order to restore Framland Hundred to Alice de Beler upon her petition, and CCR 1333-7, p. 691, a 1336 order to the sheriff of Warwick and Leicester not to intermeddle with Framland Hundred, restoring the issues thereof to Alice Beler who holds the hundred by the king's grant until Roger's heir comes of age.
