Odiham requests that the King return to him the keeping of Odiham Park, which Edward II gave him for the term of his life and of which he was seised until Despenser brought his host there.
Nature of endorsement
The charter should be shown in Chancery and certain men should be assigned to inquire if Odiham was seised by virtue of the charter and how he was ousted and by whom and for what reason and other necessary things etc. and the inquest should be returned in Chancery and justice done.
