- Brewouse requests remedy against the ministers of Margaret, late Queen of England, who sued by writ to levy 10 marks and 10s from him for Queen's gold, although Brewouse had paid to Edward I his relief for his inheritance, due after the death of his ancestor, that is 100 marks for the barony of Bramber and 100s for Gower which he held for a knight's fee.
