Nature of request
Wylughby requests that he, together with Vescy and Joan Bokland, tenants of Philip's lands, be discharged from rendering account in the Exchequer on Philip's behalf of the issues of the manor of Sacombe, which belonged to Comyn, since Wylughby and his co-executors have made full administration of all Philip's goods of the past 20 years, and returned account thereon before the ordinaries, with none of his goods remaining to Wylughby or his co-executors.
Nature of endorsement
This petition should by sent by writ of the Chancery to the treasurer and barons of the Exchequer, so that they, having examined it and heard Wylughby's explanation, can do justice.
