Walter and Agnes Campayne request that, whereas Walsh, Scott, Drowery, John Thacker and Cade were bound to Halden, Wrangle and Felicia Mickleham for 5 marks belonging to Mickleham for her appeal of the death of her husband, Wrangle secretly plotted to receive all the aforesaid amount from Thacker and Cade so that the petitioners could have no action against him at the common law, making them one payment for all personal actions, so that the petitioners are barred from the common law even though Agnes is Felicia Mickleham's daughter and executrix, that the council send a writ to Wrangle under pain of £40 directing him to appear before them at the quinzaine of Easter next to do justice in this matter.
