Nature of request
The tenants request that the park of Plumpton be re-enclosed and maintained for they have common of pasture in the forest of Inglewood adjoining the park, and certain men have animals that pasture in the park year-round because the enclosure is not maintained and the tenants are amerced for their animals. They also request that the said animals be returned without amercement or that the amercements are paid by the offenders of the aforesaid enclosure.
Nature of endorsement
Let there be a writ in Chancery in due form to the keeper of forest beyond the Trent that he do justice on the contents of the petition.
