It is requested that the council order a writ to the governor, mayor and aldermen of Calais to enquire of which tenements John Brocas died seised in his demesne as of fee, who has held them since his death, and by what title and in what manner, and that the inquest be returned so that justice can be done for Bernard Brocas, his son and heir.
