The bishop of Glasgow requests that the King inform his chamberlain of Scotland that from time of memory his bishopric has been granted by Kings of Scotland and seised of certain rents of Rutherglen and Cadiou, so that the chamberlain can do justice in this matter, namely for Rutherglen 40s. yearly for a St Mungo's light, £4 annually for a deacon and sub-deacon to administer the service of St Mungo and an annual rent for a chaplain in the chapel of St Mungo, and for Cadiou 4 marks yearly for a deacon and sub-deacon to administer the service of St Mungo.

Let it be written to the warden and chamberlain of Scotland that they should inspect the bishop's charters and muniments and send transcripts under their seal to the next parliament or under the seal of the chancellor.
