Note
Dated on the guard to the middle of the reign of Edward III, with reference to sheriff of Yorkshire or Lincolnshire. The counties are probably suggests due to the reference to a wapentake, but no county is named. The handwriting would suggest a date in the latter half of the fourteenth century.
