Nature of request
Gerald de la Portz requests that the king order the seneschal of Gascony to support him in his right to land in Bordelais. Despaigne sold the land to Raymond Brun de la Portz under condition that Despaigne would occupy the land and receive its profits during his life, then contrary to the term of the sale Despaigne sold part of the said land, and Gerald is afraid he will alienate the land, to the Gerald's disinheritance.
