Albert and Garner request letters of commission and that judgment given on the commission that their the possessors of the 4 ships of Dartmouth, Plymouth and Bristol which seized their goods be constrained to make restitution of the goods and merchandises; and that Michel have power to levy to the use of the petitioners restitution of the goods and merchandises of the possessors; and that Hawle be commanded by the commission and by writs be charged to make restitution to the petitioners of the goods taken by those possessors of Dartmouth, and those of the quay there who received parcels of the goods.
