- It is requested that it be ordained on the matter that whereas those who are warned by writ of praemunire at the suit of the king that if they be overseas they be able to answer the writs by attorney or attorneys since many men are on the point of being put out of the protection of the king without just cause as they have been overseas by licence of the king and know nothing of suits brought against them.
