Nature of request
The petitioners seek the recovery of a watermill and property in Kirk Ireton. They had sued writs against Hugh de Langeley and Alice de Langeley for these, recovering Alice's third, but had been disseised by Thomas of Lancaster. The property is now in the king's hands following Lancaster's forfeiture.
