- The petition is dated to c. 1318 on the basis of an unconnected reference to Sybil Loveday as a widow of 6 July 1318 (CCR 1313-18, p.624). In addition a petition from this petition was presented to the parliament of October 1318 that may have been this petition (E 175/1, no.22, m.3).
