Lippe requests that justice be done to him and he have restitution and amends of his goods and damages from Peth and the other merchants of Norway who come to trade at Lynn as the king of Norway will not do justice to him as he is a party to the trespass done to Lippe. Lippe loaded a ship of Rostock with drapes and other merchandise at Boston to go to Russia to sell them and to buy merchandise to return with, but the ship was forced into Husnes by storms and the goods taken to the king and held for a year and have been damaged so that Lippe cannot have any profit from them.

Let the king of Norway be written by writ of the great seal that he do justice to the petitioners [as he would do] for merchants of his land.
