Tyle requests that they can have justices to hear and determine the wrongs and trespasses done to him as Lupi gave him goods to a certain value in payment for a debt, and he was seised of these goods until the bishop of Norwich ousted him from them by force and arms.

He should go into Chancery and have a writ of trespass, and sue against him etc..
