Description

Transmits a letter from Felix Palmer explaining the reasons for him resigning his seat in Council, in order to avoid assuming the government of Grenada, during the temporary absence of Lieutenant Governor George Middlemore; Palmer refers to working on the books of the 'registration of Slaves'.
