Description

Boyd to [Hessian minister] Althaus: Brunswick hussars and mounted chasseurs have their mounts replaced before the duke of Brunswick asks to be reimbursed, and he is sure the landgrave [of Hesse] will wish to do the same. He has the honour of the Hessian troops at heart when he says this. Dated at headquarters at Schweinsberg. f. 67v
