Description

Transmits for approval copy of Act No. 41 of 1919, 'An Act to authorise the British Union Oil Company Limited to construct and maintain a Petroleum Station' [copy of act not in item]. With report of attorney general. Colonial Office point out that there is no provision for forfeiture in case of a breach of section 13, and ask what proceedings the attorney general would advise in the event of such a breach. No. 201, folios 93-97
