Description

Transmits for approval copy of Act No. 36 of 1919, 'An Act to authorise George Stanley Manning and John Hadley Wilkinson, Esquires, to erect a bathing house and a jetty in the sea opposite their property known as"The Bungalow", in the parish of Christ Church, in this Island' [copy of act not in item]. Colonial Office enquire if the Barbados government took charge of this bill as a government measure and, if not, why it does not contain a clause saving the rights of the Crown. No. 194, folios 83-87
