Montserrat: transmits a copy of a letter from the Acting Commissioner of Montserrat, enclosing a copy of a letter from the Imperial Commissioner of Argriculture for the West Indies, and recommends the balance of £1 12s 4d to the credit of Special Services, Imperial funds, to meet small items of expenditure in connection with experiments relating to insect and fungus pests in Montserrat.
