Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick to de Broglie: he believes the convention of Dorsten takes the place of the cartel. He takes issue with the title de Broglie has given him. The court at London has never told him it intended the cartel of Sluys to extend to the allied army. He is sending de Broglie's letter to London to learn the king's wishes.
