De Broglie to Prince Ferdinand of Brunswick, demanding that the cartel for the exchange of prisoners which applies to the British and Prussians should be extended to the Hanoverians, Hessians and Brunswickers. Questions of the allied patients captured at the hospital in Cassel and the cartel of Sluys. He encloses an extract from a letter from Guigner, the allied commissioner for exchanges at Ostend [SP 87/40/57]. Dated 'at headquarters'. ff. 125, 126
