Pages 367-368. H Hobhouse to James Norris, Manchester. After receiving Norris' letter of 4 April Sidmouth wrote to the Mint regarding a further supply of Silver Coins. No reply has been forthcoming as yet, but Sidmouth expects it to be positive. Norris' suggestion that a Law is introduced to force masters to pay their labourers singly will be considered.
