Description

Page 362-363. H Hobhouse to James Norris, Manchester. Hobhouse thanks him for his letter of 4 March. The information has been passed to Byng who will reinforce the troops already in Cheshire and Lancashire. Sidmouth is pleased that the Magistrates are resolved to prosecute the libel against them.
