Overprinting, coloured, showing the frontier lines of 1878 and 1914, and a line studied by the Commission on Romanian Affairs. Overprinted reference table. Overprinted by the Service Géographique de l'Armée 29 March 1919. Originally accompanying Report no 1 presented to the Supreme Council of the Allies by the Committee for the Study of Territorial Questions relating to Romania and Yugoslavia 6 April 1919.
