Description

Europe: Balkans. 'Yugo-Slavie': map area between 40°45'N and 46°45'N and between 12°E and 24°E (showing the kingdom of the Serbs, Croats and Slovenes as established in 1918 and named Yugoslavia in 1929) showing contours, rivers and railways. Overprinting, coloured, showing the frontiers of 1914; the boundaries of Austria, Hungary and Croatia-Slovenia; alternative proposed boundaries; and the new boundaries of neighbouring states. Reference table [to overprinting]. Overprinted by the SGA [Service Géographique de l'Armée], 5 April 1919. Originally illustrating Report no 2 presented to the Supreme Council of the Allies by the Committee for the Study of Territorial Questions relating to Romania and Yugoslavia 6 April 1919.
