Malta: Valletta. Plan of the proposed moorings to be laid down in the South West Harbour extension. An inset shows a proposed buoy. Reference note on the number and weight of buoys required. Scale: 1 inch to 50 feet. Signed by William Hoseason, Superintendent of Ports, and William S Luke, Queen's Harbour Master. Originally enclosed in a letter dated 9 April 1870 from the Admiral Superintendent.
